Want to be coached towards your fitness goals by one of USA’s top athletes in history? I will design you a personalized, online training program using all the knowledge I have accumulated on my journey in becoming an Olympian. This program is for all; regardless of experience and skill level. During a video call we will discuss fitness history, goals, diet and create a personalized schedule to maximize consistency and balance. Together with weekly emails and bi-weekly calls we can run our first 5k, spring forward from pregnancy, become stronger or smash that PR of your hearts desire.

I will share my favorite recipes, awesome snack options and little tips to keep those cravings satisfied without any guilt. I don’t make nutrition seem like a diet that puts you in shackles. We will learn about about balance with easy and simple substitutes to maximize your nutritional value and aid in you athletic performance.
